Friday Cycling Group

Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to almost everyone. It is recommended that on starting a yoga program that you attend regularly and give the exercise several months to achieve the desired outcomes.  

Sit n Be Fit

Class for the less mobile or those getting back in to exercise.

Welcome to Our Club

The Tuggeranong 55 Plus Club provides a great way to make new friends, keep healthy and have fun.
Club membership is open to anyone over 50 years of age who wants to get out and about.
